You guys did a great job, and it was noticed. Believe me, it was going so well, that there were days I called or e-mailed one of you just to make sure there wasn't some major snag. I had heard horror stories from friends of mine and co-workers who bought homes about signing papers and meetings and constant changes with the mortgage company. But that wasn't my experience at all.
Thank you! The process has been so much smoother than I thought it would be. I was nervous originally about having the closing on July 1, because it didn't seem like a lot of time. Now, I just feel like I'm ahead of everything and can't wait to get in. I have a lot of plans, and every free weekend I can get to work on it before my planned moving day will help me out. You and Mark have both helped me out a lot, and I wouldn't want to put you guys out at all. Just let me know which time is better!
